Be transparent: either bake the markup into line item prices ("Pipe fittings $87.50" with markup absorbed) or itemise it ("Pipe fittings $70 + 25% supply markup"). Both are fine.

Callout Fees and After Hours Premiums

Plumbers doing emergency or after hours work should ALWAYS bill for callout. Standard practice.
